Shipping & Delivery

Important: Customers are not advised to book any hair appointments or hair consultations without receiving and fully inspecting their orders. We will not be held liable for any missed/delayed/cancelled appointments.  

Processing Times

We aim to ship out all orders within two business days. Please note during busy seasons, strike seasons, public holidays etc. this processing time cannot always be met. 

Processing times for custom orders - Our processing times for custom orders (Burgundy hair and Korean Custom Pre-made Wigs) is 21-32 working days. During holiday seasons wait times will be extended extended to 37 working days. It will then be shipped out within two business days and will be subject to the shipping times below. During Public holidays and busier periods, these wait times may be extended. Please note that these shipping times cannot account for the extra time incurred in the unlikely event of an incorrect order being sent to you.

Incorrect mailing address

We are not responsible for any incorrect or missing mailing address details provided by the customer. If your mailing address is incorrect we will get in touch with you to arrange a redelivery, however, you will incur a return to sender fee of £6.20 and a new shipping fee. Please ensure that your address is entered correctly at checkout. 

 

Lost/Missing Parcels

  • Once the package arrives and is confirmed by our shipping carrier that it has been delivered, we are not responsible for your package's loss or theft.
  • We do not refund or reship packages that have been marked as delivered by the courier.

 

Customs/Duties 

  • The Hair Collective is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please check with your local postal service for more information. You will need to make sure that you cover any incurred customs fees or duties should any be incurred when shipping to your destination.
  • Please do not refuse delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the courier return fee. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and cost to return.
